Writing positioning statements

Positioning is about giving a target market perspectives about a product, what it could be or do for them.

Writing a product positioning statement could be challenging especially in a competitive space. In this post, I'm going to show you how product positioning statement for a beverage is drafted. You can take a look and draft yours:

"For health-conscious individuals and adults seeking a refreshing and guilt-free hydration solution, our beverage offers a natural, low-calorie, and revitalizing option. Crafted from the purest ingredients, it quenches your thirst while delivering a burst of flavor without added sugars or artificial additives. Whether you're on the go or looking for a mindful refreshment choice, our beverage is your go-to source of delicious and clean hydration."

The first sentence shows the target market and aim of the product: Who the product is for, and what it's for. 

The last sentence create a competitive point of difference, focused attributes the product possesses that might be inherent in alternatives.
