Three ‘Neoliberalists’ with broad and general economic models or ‘paradigm’ have risen to prominence in the recent time: Atiku Abubakar, Bola Ahmed Tinubu & Peter Obi Obi believes in neoliberalism as ideology of pro-market model or laisse faire. That is the classical liberal ideal of the self-regulating market. Tinubu an egalitarian liberal, believes in neoliberalism as mode of governance, or governmentalities.
