In recent days a political crisis begun in state in Africa. A fight between a Successor and his predecessor (governors).
After some weeks, 27 members of the state congress decamped to the opposition party. Only five members were left to support and work with the state governor.
Our anger, and a move to prevent the opposite from gathering to impeach the sitting governor, the governor orders that state Assembly complex be demolished.
Five bulldozers were deployed. The building went down.
In few hours the state governor presented 2024 budget before the loyal 5 members of the congress. 
Press conference followed. The press asked the sitting governor if he could explain the forces that led to the demolition of the congress building. Then He said:
"He saw that the state congress building had worn out, needing renovation.... that was his reason for deployed buildozers to do the needful".
The fact is everyone tells stories. But the ones we choose to believe are those that matter is.
